At Inkdot Innovations, every pen we sell is best.
Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, but only for products explicitly marked as eligible. By default, unless specifically mentioned, products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
If you receive a product that is:
– Damaged due to a manufacturing defect,
– Shipped incorrectly, or
– Found to have a quality issue,
you are eligible to request a return, replacement, or exchange. Each product can be returned or exchanged only once.
Refunds / Credit Notes
– If your return is approved, you will receive a credit note that never expires.
– Refunds to the original payment method are not applicable. instead a store credit will be provided with validity of 60 days.
– Credit notes can be used on any future purchase without restrictions.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return or exchange request, please contact our customer support within 2 days of receiving your order at:

Please include the following details:
– Order Number
– Delivery Address
– Reason for Return (attach pictures if the product is damaged or incorrect)
Once verified, our team will arrange a reverse pick-up within 2-4 business days.
Replacement & Exchange
– Replacement orders will be dispatched and delivered within 7-10 business days after approval.
Conditions for Returns
– Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
– After 7 days from delivery, no return or exchange requests will be accepted.
Delivery Timelines
– Orders placed within India typically arrive within 7–8 business days.
– Replacement or exchange orders will follow the same delivery timeline.
