Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated based on the product size and destination.
For orders within India, shipping timelines may be affected by government regulations (e.g., lockdowns) and can be subject to delay.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Domestic (India): Typically 7–8 business days from the date of dispatch.
International: Typically 10–15 business days from the date of dispatch.
Custom/personalized pens (e.g., engraving): Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for processing before dispatch.
Note: Estimated delivery dates may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances faced by our delivery partners. While we proactively track shipments and keep you updated, such delays are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible.
International Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside India, customs duties, taxes, and related charges (if any) are levied as per the destination country’s regulations and are payable by the customer.
Address & Contact Details
Please provide your full address, PIN/ZIP code, and a primary and alternate contact number at the time of order to ensure smooth delivery.
Inkdot Innovations is not liable for incorrect or incomplete addresses, and no refunds can be claimed for delays or non-delivery resulting from such errors.
Packaging & Multiple Items
We take great care to pack your products securely. If your order contains multiple items, we generally combine them into a single package.
If you prefer separate packaging, email info@inkdotinnovations.com with your order number. Additional packaging/shipping charges may apply.
Courier Partners
To ensure speed and reliability, we ship through reputed carriers (domestic examples include Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, FedEx; international examples include DHL, FedEx, Aramex). Partner availability may vary by location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the tracking number and carrier details. You can use these to track the shipment until delivery.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
We operate multiple quality checkpoints through packing and dispatch. In the unlikely event that your package appears damaged or tampered, do not accept it from the delivery personnel.
Please email us immediately at info@inkdotinnovations.com with your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging and label so we can assist.
Special Date Requests & Gifts
If you need delivery by a specific date, write to info@inkdotinnovations.com with your order number, and we will do our best to accommodate.
If your order is a gift and you’d like us to include a personal note, email the message and order number to info@inkdotinnovations.com before dispatch.
Clearance Sale & Policy Exclusions
Clearance sale orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Custom/personalized items (e.g., engraved pens) follow our customization timelines and are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
